Toddler Time is NOT a structured class. Its purpose is bring kids social interaction in a fun and safe environment. It’s a great place to meet for playdates or come and meet new friends! With that being said, anyone who wants to attend Toddler Time does not have to be enrolled in a tumbling class. During Toddler Time, parents are responsible to stay with their child and are to attend to their needs at all times.
Assumption of Risk: I/we give our permission for the below named student(s) to participate in Toddler Time, realizing that there are risks of physical injury to the participant(s). Considering all personal risks, on behalf of myself and the participant(s), I voluntarily waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless Rachel Scurr, Tuck & Tumble LLC, its employees, instructors, supervisors, and volunteers from all claims, including those of negligence, for all injuries to participant(s), no matter how severe.
