2025 Summer
Camps - 4 consecutive days (Monday-Thursday), weekly commitment. Camps are more of a fun summer experience for students to come with friends, even if they are different tumbling levels! Tumbler or not, they will spend time making friends, playing summer camp games, learning tumbling skills, working flexibility & strength, and learning basic dances. 6 different weeks available. (held in morning/afternoon)
6 Week Skills Classes - Weekly 1 hour classes similar to regular season. Classes will be focusing on skill progression and perfecting technique. (held in late afternoon/evening)
Clinics - A 1 day class working a specific tumbling skill. Students are encouraged to sign up for multiple clinics to see the most progression.
Summer Skills Class Levels
Hot Shot/Tiny Skills Class - For new or returning kids ages 3-4.5 years old. Students will get an introduction to some very basic tumbling skills/terms including forward pike rolls, bridges, intro to handstands/cartwheels, along with working on following directions.
Bronze/Bronze Plus Skills Class - For returning Tiny, Bronze, Bronze Plus tumblers, or new tumblers who have already mastered their cartwheels, handstands, and bridges. Working on/perfecting backbends, kickovers, front limbers, and more.
Silver/Silver Plus Skills Class - For returning or new tumblers that have mastered their backbend kickover, front limber, and have started working towards perfecting front and back walkovers. Students will get an intro to back limbers, back handspring and more.
Back Handspring/Tuck Skills Class - For returning or new students who are close to mastering their back handspring and/or back tuck without a spot. Students will work on perfecting technique, gaining strength and confidence in back handspring and/or back tucks.
Acro Skills Class - Acro is a dance technique, done through acrobatic skills that are seamlessly incorporated into dance choreography. Therefore, this class is provided for our completive dancers that want to improve their tumbling and Acro skills. Students should be able to do back bend kick-over unassisted. Students will work on flexibility, strength, tumbling and acro skills that can be used to perform in their dance teams.
Cheer Prep - The purpose of this class is to introduce athletes into the sport of cheerleading. This class will teach students some of the basic cheerleading elements which include jumps, dance, stunt sequence, pyramid sequence, standing tumbling, and running tumbling.
